Clean Room

  • All our production are in the environment (3 100K Clean Rooms) under ISO Class 8.

Smart Scope

  • Use the Smart Scope for specific measurement and control of product dimension.
  • The smart scope give a precision visual inspection and measurement with a microscope camera is used to view the sample on the stage. The features of products can be measured precisely using controlled motors which move on the stage and feed their position back to the computer.

Microscope

  • Above than 80 % of our processes are using the microscope to achieve high quality products and to ensure the quality of products.
  • It also allow quick detect the any signs of product defects included the objects that are too small to be seen by the naked eye through inspections.

Force Curing Oven

Force curing is method that increases the rate of a coating’s or resin’s curing by increasing the temperature of the curing process. Depending on the material at hand, increasing the temperature generally will produce the desired reduction of cure time. Different methods are available to achieve force curing, including:

  • Air Movement
  • Convection Heating
  • Infrared (IR) Heating
  • Accelerator Additives

Oven

The oven are use for the heating and drying process with offering temperature accuracy control and safety.

Dry Cabinet

  • The Dry Cabinet or Desiccator is a storage device that allows you to protect a wide range of products against humidity problems.
  • Our adhesives are stored into the Dry Cabinet or Desiccator under the required temperature and humidity to maintain the quality of the adhesives.

Vacuum Pack Machine

  • Products are packed into a Clean Polybag, Vacuumed and Sealed to prevent any leakage or contamination.
  • It also to ensure the Quality Assurance of products.
