Laser cutting process uses a focused laser beam and assist gas to sever metallic plate with high accuracy and exceptional process reliability. The laser beam is generated by a resonator, and delivered through the cutting nozzle via a system of mirrors. Laser technology has many advantages such as high accuracy, excellent cut quality, high processing speed, small kerf and very small heat-affected zone compared to other thermal cutting processes.

Other than that, we do provide printing services like screen printing/silk screening with stencil and pad printing/tampography printing with etching art words plate, to print on different surface of plastic parts, which could be in flat or curve. Pad printing is usually applied on unusual shaped products and also curved surface products. It performs well in terms of consistency, speedy and, stable. On the other hand, silk screening is an ideal option for printing on larger sizes of plastic parts, with customs artwork which could be complicated.
